Summer employment has been provided by Hanover Parish Council for about 100 students drawn from high schools and tertiary institutions. The students have been placed in government departments and agencies as well as private organizations across Hanover. According to Secretary Manager Judy McKenzie-Lawrence, this is the second year of this programme for the students, “primarily to assist them with back to school expenses.”
