Construction of new youth centre will start shortly at Watson Taylor Park, in Lucea. The project is being undertaken by the ministry of Youth and Culture in conjunction with Hanover Parish Council. The 329m² building two-floor mezzaninic structure will feature administrative and training facilities for the National Youth Service programme.
